that's great. from what i'm hearing, it seems like comprehensive might be the preferred option (if it requires a full windshield replacement).
unfortunately mine started off as a harmless chip.... but spidered out of control in a matter of minutes of continued driving. there's basically a crack from the driver side to the passenger side.

Is it possible to add HIDs in stock housing (gen1 M3 HB)?
And if so, are there still the same drawbacks as LED e.g. glare, etc.?
I was able to sell a previous M3 via kijiji. Sold the car 'as-is' and was very upfront/honest on the status of the car, any concerns, etc. I think that helped with the transaction... and received...
agree with the engine. it's a fun and zippy car. if you luck out with a car with no rust issues, it's a fun/great ride!
