It depends on what kind of bubbles, if they are small dots that don't move or appear to be hard bubbles, they won't go away.

Leatherique is a good product as well as the Lexol. Both will work and keep the leather soft.

Don't have the powerstop but I know some guys have this kit and haven't heard any complaints from them. The price is good so I think it is worth getting.

All season tires are ok for winter use but for you to enjoy driving in the snow and ice, a set of winter dedicated tires is a must.
