Got my '08 speed3 last year with no visible rust anywhere and holes in the doors and stuff leading me to believe it was rustproofed throughout its life so I did it this year in the fall before it got...

It's been a little rough the past couple days going through denial and now coping with the amount of money I'm about to lose :(
I think the worst part will be the labour fees since I don't have any...

Getting a tow to the shop and then committing to them is going to suck because I know they'll want butt stuff to do the engine swap...but I have zero connections on people with engine hoists and...

I doubt they'll buy the road debris excuse will they? and then if they do, i'm guessing my insurance will skyrocket back up?

Like a lower milage imported one? I have no clue if they're slightly different or where I could source one...I'm just spitballing ideas right out loud right now

What about a completely different engine swap if I can find something a lot cheaper like a Jap spec one?
