    Re: Red light camera

If you take the early resolution route, they will reduce the ticket to the minimum of 200.00 plus fees 40.00. The crown cannot request for anything lower. You can then ask the judge for a lessor...
  2. Re: Can anyone recommen a good mechanic/garage in Hamilton?

I have been going to Mckenzie brothers for years. They we're recommend to me by a colleague who has been going to them even longer. They are a small shop but very fair and honest. They are on king...

Congrats on your new ride. You can find lots of how to videos on line. There are books at your local library, and there are courses you can take on basic maintenance. They are hands on in a shop. I...

    Re: Mazda not honoring warranty..

I agree that it's a pretty crappy deal, but why did you not go back to the dealer earlier. Or another dealer?
You said they told you they didn't have time. You then went back "6 months" later. You...

Re: Car got cased last night and I'm freaking out

You can get a switch installed fairly cheap. I had one on a jetta I had. I had the mechanic hook it up to the passenger heated seat switch, so it was hidden in plain view.

I have had a couple different portable units for over 7 years. I like Howard stern and used to listen to bubba the love sponge. They have some good music channels also. I would not have it if I had...

    Re: Electricians: general wiring question

Again I'm no electrician but have played one at home. I'm going to assume it is wired this way as that box is being used as a junction point with the power going to it before the switch box.

    Not...

    Re: Electricians: general wiring question

I'm not an electrician but I think if you attach the white from light to the whites in the box and then attach the power wire (black) from the fan to the single it should work. It sounds like the...

The new owner took over more than 6 months ago. How long will they use this excuse?
  15. Re: Mazda of Hamilton (formerly Hamilton Mazda) - Review of new ownership

Cyclic, your not alone. Their customer service skills are lacking. I've seen one of the girls at the small 3 desks make fun of a customer once they left. This was with myself and two other customers...

    Re: Classic(?) Road Rage Incident

Pick up truck was being a dick. No excuse for the Camaro to try and pass on the shoulder, but if the pick up would have just moved over non of this would have happened.

  20. Re: Warranty voiding questions (oil change and rust insp)

Tire rotation would have been extra. I have winter tires so didn't get the rotation. I think they wanted $10 each tire. No need for any major inspection. Only 15k on the car. I will not be going back
  21. Re: Warranty voiding questions (oil change and rust insp)

Just looked at my bill again to see why such a difference. The total was actually $108 not $ 118 but still a big difference.

    Oil changed = 79.95
    Env fee = 6.00
I was also charged an addition...
  22. Re: Warranty voiding questions (oil change and rust insp)

Nope. Nothing but an oil change.
  23. Re: Warranty voiding questions (oil change and rust insp)

Is the 0W20 synthetic? I just changed the oil in my 2015 mazda3 sedan and was charged 118.00 at Mountain Mazda. If it's only 59.95 I will definitely be driving to Milton to have it done for now on.

    Re: Pulled over in Hamilton?

The no insurance slip should not make your insurance go up. Provided you show proof of the vehicle being insured. It's the speeding ticket that may impact it as your still a G2 driver.
