Do you guys recommend going to 3rd party garages for the e test or will a Canadian Tire do as well?

I have a 07 with 88k and have yet to see any rust. But I don't drive often and it's parked underground. Hopefully it won't start rusting any time soon

I thought rest issues were primarily on 06 and earlier? Are 07 and up 3s also experiencing rust issues?

so you're talking about the paint i get at partsource (rattle can) that i have to special order right?
i bought a spraybomb with matched 16W (mica black) from partsource before for around $20-$30...

The panel may be "paint transfer" and i may be able to wax it out...
but near the wheel well there's paint chipped. there's bare metal and needs to be hammered back into shape i think.
