Make sure you thoroughly clean your emblem before as well. Use some rubbing alcohol.
Till our expert Rey responds to your post, maybe I can chime in here for now. I'm no pro, but I would first ask how many coats you put on. The more coats you put, the easier it should be to peel it...
Pretty sure you would have to dismount the wheels to dip them. From what I've seen though, you could very well leave the tires on the rims and simply cover them appropriately while spraying the rims....
