    Default USB input to carputer

No pic, but i will get one up eventually, thought not much to see but it is cool!

had a USB extention connected to my carputer, and installed beside my cigarette lighter for easy access!

    it is pretty cool!

Where's your monitor comming out of and I'm assuming you have a different deck right? I want to keep my stock unit and i'm having trouble with screen positioning.

I've also had no time to route the wires through the cup dispenser and I don't know how i'm going to get it out and around the factory head unit.

    Thx

    Carputer?
    A) Laptop for Car (play MP3's, GPS, etc)
    B) Laptop to fine tune Engine Mgmnt

    Which one? Both?

let me see if i understand

    screen has two video inputs!

one is the input in ur picture, one is recieving a signal from your deck.

and you deck has no aux in?? or u r using it for something else?

ur deck is a dvd deck, so it plays the sound when ur watching movies and what not

and when you are using an external video source, you use the video in by the lighter and your aux in!

if this is so, why not just set up ur aux in as RCA ins beside your video in?

or as a minijack if that is what you usually use for the input?

i mean there is no need, just curious why u did the video like that and not the audio?

i need to sit in ur car and take a look around next time i see ya

    its not rocket science man
the deck only has one source for audio and video out, which goes to the screen so i can watch movies...
the screen itself has 2 video sources, video only...
