Oakville/westend Meet - Thursday March 8th - 8:30pm

We have been in talks of getting a Westend/Oakville meet going...The westend, and in particular Oakville have seen a growing number of members. But with the cold weather upon us, there have been very few meets.

This meet will be the first of many more to come. But we'd like to get the ball rolling as spring is around the corner and meets will occur on a much more regular basis.

Date: Thursday March 8th
Time: 7:00PM (dinner) 8:30PM (meet only)
Location: JackASStors at Silvercity (Oakville) 403/Dundas

If you interested in joining for dinner at JackASStors, please arrive for 7:00PM. If you're interested only for the meet, please arrive for 8:30PM

There is a parking lot there, infact there are 4 at the intersection. So after dinner, if we find that parking lot too crowded, we can venture to find another one. Timmies is across the street also, we can go there for coffee after dinner if people are interested.

Please put your name down as we'd need to get a head count for possible reservations

Yup...Broli is right. I have the Minivan and/or the TL. Depends if my bro goes out or not. Most likely if i come i'll be in the van. If it doesnt snow or rain and if there is no slush or crap on the ground then i'll roll in with my car.

Work Schedule is out. I'll be at the meet I may swing by the dinner, but I'm not going to eat anything.

Just as a side suggestion, if we are meeting in a parking lot, the lot in front of the old Office Depot (Across the street from Silvercity, diagonally across from the Tims) is sure to be less crowded than Silvercity/Jack Astors. Just a suggestion

probably around that time, since the actual meet doesn't start till 8:30, i'm sure we'll be around still at 10pm, as long as its not freezing outside, but we can go to timmies across and shelter.
