speaker size

does anybody know what sizes the components in the fron is and the back door panel so i know what to buy?

Don't you need an adapter plate to have the 6x8s to fit? The direct replacement would be 5x7 speakers.

I believe 6x8 or 5x7 , either will fit without an adaptor.
...Most people here which have upgraded their speakers have gone for 6.5's (better sound by design) and you can just make your own adaptors, if your so inclined (its not difficult).
Use the search, I know there is a couple of posts showing how members here made theirs.

My stock speakers are 6x8's, not 5x7.

Both sizes will fit with NO modifications. As Flagrum has said, most members tend to go the route of a 5.25-6.5" speaker set, generally components but some have used coaxials.

That's odd. I have an '06 hatch as well, and mine were 5x7s
