Thumbs up Velocity AutoBody - Markham

I used these guys last year to paint my open mouth grille and was more than pleased. Got the side sills in the group buy last year from Next Mod and brought them to Barry to look at. He quoted me a price for installation and painting and said that he had installed these on other members Mazda3. Finish was great and the item was ready within a week as he promised. He even emailed me a picture of the sills to show me they were ready.

I'm planning on going back next week to have my replica GV Lip repainted.

Yes the car is filthy and yes she needs a drop BUT IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN.

YOTR and I were having a discussion in pm about 3M clear film on the side sills for added protection. I thought mud guards we do but I'm having second thoughts. Any opinions?

    Permission to Ban Dave?

My wife and I go to the cottage regularly in Spring and Summer. The Mazda3 is our vehicle because of storage capacity. It would be impossible to make it up the gravel road with a drop. Besides it's something you kids are into.

Thats a pretty good paint match. Good stuff. I have the Gen 2 side skirts put on and since my car is lowered, I`m worried a huge speed bump will rip it off. Its damn LOW!

Had an autoexe replica front bumper and aftermarket fog lights painted and installed at Velocity. Originally was going to have it painted at Street Performance but they weren't able to fit the bumper. Peter at Nextmod suggested Velocity. I talked to Barry there and left the bumper there for painting. I came back about a week later for installation. Install took about 2 hours and installer guy was really good, came to see me whenever he had any questions/concerns so I was kept up-to-date throughout. Paint job was great and very pleased with their work!

These are the guys that we use everyday from some mechanic work to all body work. Some customers bring the lips to other body shops and then the bodyshop tells them it doesn't fit. We then put it on right infront of the customer and let them see that it fits perfectly. Velocity knows everything about fiberglass work and they can make anything fit even if the kit doesn't fit at all to begin with. Thats why we always recommend them and thats where i got my fenders repainted from my STI. I'm also bringing my winter beater for a full paint job next year. =))

The only thing is that they don't open on Saturdays, not even half day.
It is impossible for some customers to drop in when they have a Mon-Fri job (like me).

Got my lip and bumper painted by Barry. Got emailed pictures of the whole process too!
I'm pretty pleased with the end result and the price was very reasonable.

    +1 for Barry.
