Got my coil over and adjustable camber arm installed by Jimmy 4 weeks ago.
Installation was fast but camber arm wasn't installed properly according to Pat ( Altech ).
So they have to remove/ reinstall the arm to make the necessary adjustment.
In the end got charge twice for camber arm install.

Got my MS3 axle back installed by Jimmy earlier. Was done quick and easy. Spotted a screw on my tire too. Lucky it wasnt a puncture.

    Good man with good service!

I am still using the same number which is listed in his first post. Typically anytime between 11am and 4pm has been good for me.

His place is packed with cars. Plus i dropped off our silver bomb on Monday with a blown brake line (luckily already had an appointment for Wednesday, but still...)

Just got back from Jimmy's shop bout couple hours ago. Got my front rotors replaced and brake lines done.

I agree he's a very busy guy - good business for him - but he takes care of you once you're in. Pricing was good too as others quoted me way more than he did.

Definitely going to contact him soon for another service.

Hi guys, great forum here, I ‘been lurking around since I bought my first car, mazda3 2012 sky active hatch.
I also have a civic 2013 for the wife and that one goes for maintenance to Ivan at igarage. For the Mazda I wanted to try Jimmy since he has a great reputation here.
After going with him I think I will stick with Ivan for both cars and here is why:
*Jimmy works alone; no one picks a phone to schedule appointments and doesn’t have an email to do that so I needed 1 week to finally make an appointment with him.
*When I arrived, again, he doesn’t have any helpers there so he needed more than 1 hour to finish with another car (swapping struts I think).
*He washed his hands but he was reeeeally dirty when entered to my car to drive it inside (maybe that’s just me but I’m anal about keeping my baby clean) clothes full of dirt....
*When paying, Ivan takes cash no tax like jimmy, but he gives me an invoice to my mail right away with what he did, mileage, date, everything. I like to have that for my records. Jimmy said invoice printed only if I pay taxes, so now I have to write down everything and file it.
Overall, I think both are good mechanics, patient to answer anything you want to know, check extra stuff and treat your car like yourself would (although Ivan doesn’t seat anyone dirty in your car to drive it inside); but I really think that Jimmy needs to go 2016 with having an email account to send you invoices, taking appointment and have helpers to do stuff quick and respect appointments.
Sorry for the long post, just wanted to give my opinion to fellow TM3.

I can agree with you on this one, kept reading about this Jimmy fella and thought I'd give him a call to get my shocks and springs installed a few months ago. Took a few calls to get it answered by him only to be told he was booked a month in advance. Couldn't wait so I ended up installing it myself. The price he quoted was good though, just too busy of a guy

As far as I know Jimmy has a secretary to answer calls. Last time I booked an appointment, a lady answered and booked my appointment.

I wish he had more help around the shop. It's hard to find a good mechanic to employ.

Thank you again Jimmy for the oil change and taking the time to fix my trunk the way you did tonight. I really appreciate you taking the time to take apart and fix the seized barrel which saved me some money that would have been spent on a replacement part.

    Really great service as always.
