Thumbs up Short-circuit.com : EXCELLECT CUSTOMER SERVICE

About a year ago I had started on my mission to buy a car-puter for my Mazda 3 after seeing an aftermarket flip deck with GPS and everything.

At the time I didn't have an extra 1500-2000 to spend on something like this and certainly wasn't interested in changing out my stock HU.

So I looked around online for information on car-puters, DIY's, everything that I could find about how to do things myself (That's also how I found Toronto Mazda 3 club).

I bought the cheapest one that I could find which was from Short-Circuit this ebay store. (Model VM100)

About a month ago, I was having trouble with the monitor and emailed the vendor. Even though his Warrenty didn't cover Canada, he replaced it at no charge and with the newer model VM200.

I definetly recommend this vendor because of their strong customer service.
