Default What is disc plate thickness when new?

So I found the following specs for minimum thickness and I know the current thickness of my plates/rotors. I'm just curious what the plate/rotor thickness is when NEW (so that I can get a rough idea on my use).
I'm planning on switching just my pads (Hawk HPS) for now and re-use stock rotors.

    [Front]
    Minimum disc pad thickness: 2.0mm
Minimum disc plate thickness: 23mm (mine are currently 25.0mm)
    Disc plate runout limit: 0.05mm

    [Rear]
    Minimum disc pad thickness: 2.0mm
Minimum disc plate thickness: 9mm (mine are currently 11.0mm)
    Disc plate runout limit: 0.05mm
