Finally some furniture for the deck...pretty expensive but lifetime frame warranty, 10 years for colours/fade, 5 years for fabrics (sunbrella)...composite like the decking from CR plastics which is made in Canada (in Stratford actually). Super comfy though and very heavy/solid.

I was looking at some chairs from that company. $400, on sale, for one plastic chair. **** that. They're definitely nice, but definitely overpriced.

Yup, we spent around $4400 for the set - Sofa, Coffee Table, 2 x Swivel Chairs, 2 x Ottomans including all the cushions + rain covers. Hopefully they last as long as they claim they will. When you compare to what a good living room set costs it doesn't feel quite as bad or when you compare to what the Trex decking cost, same thing.

Well, the store I went to had them all on display outside. So, if they're willing to do that and still give the full warranty, I'm sure they'll be decent.

    Was it distinctly patio?

The furniture I purchased was delivered (for "free") new in boxes/packaging. Not display models/inventory, was ordered.

To complete the furniture, spent a little less money and got a table/chairs set from lowes...was on sale for $400 off, reg $979 on for $579 plus found a save the tax promo code for ordering online and picked up in store.

Also replaced the two lights by the back door from the builder crap to something a little less crappy, only $21/each for the new fixtures but they're an immense improvement. Didn't particularly love any of the $100+ fixtures that made it worth spending any more.

    Just new:

And grabbed a few cushions for the couch:

Plan to eventually get this thing setup as a track car so best know what is going on Just need to figure out an oil distribution block that will sit between the sandwich plate and the oil intercooler.

Nice. Where are you putting the oil intercooler? Out in front of one of the fog lights as to not block the fmic which already blocks the rad?

I don't have a front mount. Still top mount for the foreseeable future.

Nope, both power steering and oil intercoolers are upgraded, plus red line hi temp power steering fluid.

New Steering Wheel from Corksport .... OEM base GX steering wheel is starting to look ragged

2.5 Ultra High Flow metal core Cat from Yonaka .... It was either Yonaka or vibrant ...Yonaka was on sale in Jan.
OEMs Cats are old , its time for some new flow.

Stage 1.5 Cams from Moto East .... should add 20 whp and overall a faster rev up & zoom zoom with a updated Tune.

Im going to post a Dyno once its all done...

Purchased a replacement set of shifter cables for the Speed, as well as the heat shield just below the firewall. Was falling apart and rattling.

Cables don't squeak anymore, which is wonderful, and no more rattle of shield while idle at lights or in a drive thru.
