    Default Hey TorontoMazda3

    Hey im about to buy a 2009 mazdaspeed 3 this weekend (could actually have it by this saturday) was wondering if any of the experienced people on here specifically for the MS3 could give me a few links of important threads on this forum relating to the MS3 (maintenance, driving tricks, modifications, etc). Any other suggestions/comments are more than welcomed.

    Thanks for the help in advance.

    Welcome to the site and congrats on your new pending purchase! What colour did you get?

    The Mazdaspeed section isn't huge on here so I would read though any thread that the title seems of any interest.

    There is a lot of information on recommended mods here too. Which are great to get done first and so on.

    Myself, I would recommend a good short shifter (TWM / Cobb), window tint (of course) and going to a good synthetic oil for your first change. I also really like my boost gauge here;

    Good luck and enjoy! I love mine.

    Get a rear engine mount! After 32,000kms or so on my stock one there was a rip in the rubber I could stick a loonie in. Plus, it completely changes the way the car shifts. It shifts much better and feels more planted on the ground with the rear MM.
