    Default Steven's 05 Sport GS

So this is my first car, and I am a proud owner. She may not be perfect, and the previous owners may not have taken the best care of her, but shes my baby.

Heres the way I got her:

    Heres how she looks now:

I ended up buying those white rims with tires on them for $300. Wasn't sure how it looks, but because I couldn't afford much more than that, bought them. Seems to have turned out ok. I bought some almost brand new winter tires that I'm going to mount on my stock rims for $135. I think I'm doing pretty well getting good deals for my car.

Next up I would like to paint the calipers. Any suggestions on what colours?
Also, any suggestions on where I can get free/cheap sponsor decals?
Any overall suggestions/opinions on my ride?

    More pics will follow later.

GONE: Apparently too many cars to list in the signature....

Car looks great... and $300 is an awesome deal bro

Maybe Red... mind you may stick out too much with the white rims

Also, any suggestions on where I can get free/cheap sponsor decals?
almost all sponsors will .. (right now I only have SSG/garage16 waiting for mlebond lol )

Any overall suggestions/opinions on my ride?
most will say prokits , yellow laminx, hids fogs/headlights , eyelids, exhaust/ cai, etc , debage , or axlea badge, black out reflectors, stubby, 20% tint all around

nice ride keep it up , more pics plz

Looks great but you need a spoiler on that GS. Check the Buy and Sell forum.

Ya I was looking into installing a spoiler. How hard is it to set up the brake light if I bought a replica MS3 spoiler?

Should not be hard, I wish I went the MS3 spoiler route. Well my stock spoiler looks better than nothing

White rims look good on dark coloured cars. Yellow calipers would look good too with the white wheels.

Car looks good especially considering you're modding on a budget.

Well considering you have GS, which means you will drill at least 5 holes in your hatch just to install the MS3 spoiler, you would have to drill one more hole to feed the brake light wiring into the car. So no big deal.

I'm trying to figure out a way not to drill the 6th hole for the 3rd brake light. I really don't like holes.

Looking really good. Those white rims look great on your ride. Yep, a spoiler would make your 3 look even better.

Well, I called Allen, and it looks like Simply is done caliper painting for the season, gonna have to wait until next year.

However I did add some more touches to my ride.

    Got rice?

As well as installed Cruise control:

Wow, the airbag is really dirty after the install. I should wipe it down.

Well, I installed my F2 intake today. Definitely wasn't the best day to do it, but I got it done.

    Before:

    During:

    After:

I ended up pulling the passenger side headlight housing off to shake out the dead wasp that got in there. One of the bolts was so rusted that it just sheared clean into 2. Now My headlight is only held in by 2 bolts and a screw. I hope its fine.

Definitely sounds better. Haven't had a chance to drive it yet to feel the performance gain.

So I went out last night with a buddy to take some night time shots. Armed with a Canon, DSLR, I'm pretty happy with the results. My biggest regret was not realizing how dirty my car was. Here are the pics:
