Mystery Mazda in Belleville?

I came face to face with a really hot looking Black Mica Sedan in Belleville today on Bell Blvd at Sidney St.

It was modded to the 9's, with wide mouth grill, what looked like body / fender flares, lowered, etc.

Who is that masked man or woman?
