Not sure if there are any on here but I've got some questions regarding Data Billing..
So I've used all my resources and can't come up with an answer... I've called Customer care, used self-serve and used www.bell.ca/mybell and can't come up with the answer.
Issue: trying to track how much data is used and keep up to date on it .
Problem: My phone says I've used 158mbs and all of bells data through customer care/self-serve and the website show me using 14mbs which is right? . Bell says their stats are but they are unrealistic
During the beginning of my bill cycle I've streamed videos/ youtube, facebook and downloaded over 30 apps... now how the hell is it I've only used 14mbs. This isn't making sense to me.
Now for you Iphone users out there you can go to settings/general/usage and it will display "cellular network data" - sent 6.1mbs and received 150mbs. So I call customer care and all the other self-serve options (text 82273 for data usage) or website and it says 14mbs ... now I'm not an expert last time when I download an app that is 30mbs that means I've received over 30mbs of data to my phone... how the hell can bell screw this up?
IS anyone else on their network ? Or have issues tracking data with other carriers? Am I SOL or any tips? I have a 2gig plan so I'm not tooo worried about going over I just like to keep up to date
