Trenton/Belleville/Kingston Summer Meets?

I'm just wondering if anyone in this region would be interested in getting together a couple of times this summer. I'm usually real bust catching up on life (cars / fishing / firewood / landscaping) at this time, but i can make it out to a few if the time and location is right.

If so, place name and your preferred location on the list (Trenton/Belleville/Kingston).
We can always deceide where to meet up after a group consensus.

The GF is working at Queens until the end of June or July, So I'm there pretty much every weekend until then. I've been there on weekends for nearly 5 years now...so I'm game!

I actually saw him once on the 401 in my travels to and from Kingston.

I'll have my company truck there 7 nights a week for the next few months (kingston) as I'm doing some work at a site in the far east so it's easier to stay with my GF until those jobs are done. If you see a white 2009 Dakota with Siemens on the door it is probably me! (no gross jokes folks! I've heard them ALL)

Just sold my CBR929 RR this summerand bought a wood splitter and a snow blower.

The dumb facks at Shannonville won't let me on the track with the woodsplitter. It is, after all, Honda powered!

I like Shannonville, a lot of guys hate it, but I really enjoy riding there. Good times! I want to get up to Calabogie this summer, and maybe Tremblant if funds allow. Two tracks I should have been to by now and haven't. My summer was cut short last year in June at Shannonville PRO circuit LOL. By the time I could ride again it was late in the year...

Ah well.

I can bring my car to Kingston during the week too if I'm working in the area, it's way more enjoyable to drive!

I hate shannonville after the guy who runs it which owns parkhurts motors screwed me...I used to take my truck all the time their..the one time i paid to race and they had a burn out contest which took to long then what it was supposed to and i sat in line to race for 3 hours and then it hit 11pm and the track got shut down..i asked him if i could get a refund and he wouldn't do saying that the weavier that i signed says no refunds..i looked over the papers i signed and no where did it say it...after that night i never went back and this was 4 years ago

That sucks! I don't ever do any events there that are directly run by Shannonvile, always 3rd party organizers, or my friends and I rent the track for ourselves.

BTW, Aris, why didn't you roll up the waiver and poke him in the eye with it? A closer look at the fine print, so-to-speak. I would have... or at least had done an awesome burnout with the R/T right in front of his truck or car. The privilege was already paid for.

Not sure, maybe Friday, since they have a show and shine at the CT every Friday night. If it's in June, I could blast down the 401 from Trenton after work. We could 'invade' the classics and hot rods with our little buzz-bombs. It would really freak them out, since the boys there are used to seeing me in my Olds 442, Nova (sold), or Mustangs (sold). I'll just tell them that my wife has put me on a diet of too much rice!

The show and shines were held at the one at Princess & Gardiner last summer. We could probably hook up around the corner at the Sears mall, then all cruise in together.
