anyone get any more info on the seat recall ( my cars a 2010)? i got a notice last year and havent heard anymore yet i emailed mazda canada and got the.. you will get a letter when the parts are available. but i think i got the first letter almost 4-6 months ago now. just wonder if anyone had the repair done

did they send you a second letter or did you just go to the dealer? it says to go in if you have a problem. i think the track welds have been making noise for a while but it doesnt have any heavy play like ive seen when i worked there so i wasnt overly concerned yet just wanted to get it done.

I posted my 2008.5 MS3 on autotrader again. If I don't get any hits then I'll just finish getting it ready for the track (I've been hoping to get enough to find a smaller, lighter car that I can eventually just tow).

It’s supposed to prevent the body from flexing too much. I haven’t driven the car yet as it’s currently in storage. But we’ll see. Lol

'18 Pacifica Hybrid

Have twins on the way, already have a dog, and have a 3rd adult moving in the relatively near future. As much as I wanted to get into a CX-9, I thought long and hard about it - months, it would've meant me trading in again in another 1-3 years. We bought a car each of the last 2 years and I don't want to keep doing that. Other ride is a CX-5 which will fit the kids, but not the dog with them. And certainly not a 3rd adult. So with the high-mileage on mine, I ripped the band-aid off and it went in before I killed the trade value any more.

I get the wife's former CX-5 as my daily / commuter now (). All I really miss from my 3 is the HUD, Bose stereo and the TSR which I had grown to appreciate (probably too much). And that go-cart feel the 3 has, but you can tell the same DNA is in the CX.

And here's my new daily. I stole my winter alloys from my 2010 that I had on the '17 and slapped them on the CX-5. Crappy pic but looks so much better. I hate steelies!



So all in all I'm still a Mazda guy and have a death grip on this CX-5. It's not going anywhere and I will still be around here if allowed.

Oil change, tire rotation and had the stealership checkout the starter, thermostat for questionable starting and blowing cold air.
Turns out the battery is bad. I only got 3 years out of the battery? My mother got 5 out of her mITSubiSHIT RVR oem one.

Mine was doing it and its a 2012. I just took the foam off and replaced the rivets with bolts, tight and shouldn't go anywhere! Actually, they came out of the Yellow Taxi Cab, not sure what year his is.
