CEL: P0446 - Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit

Got this recently, any idea how much to get it fixed? Or even what it means?

Can’t say how much. The leak detection pump has a two passages from fuel tank air filter, one direct and other through the pump. These passages are being switched by COV valve. Mainly this error is for faulty COV valve or fried pump motor. The PCM measures the current thru motor of pump and there are possible cases of bad PCM or
or wiring harness from PCM to pump.
