New to TM3! 2010 CWP Mazda3 Sport GT (London, Ontario) [LOTS OF PICS]

Hey everyone,

I'm posting not from TO nor the GTA but from London, Ontario.
I used to hang around mazda3forums but I found the whole 2010 section lacking a lot as well as the fact that it didn't seem as alive...plus...It's nice to be a part of a community that's a lot closer to home that I can actually take part in! (Especially since I already heard about you guys before I even thought of buying a 3)

So far, I'm really impressed with how informative and alive TM3 is as well as the mods section for 2nd gens! Sooo...after a few days of lurking, I've decided to come out and post

As the subject says, I own a 2010 CWP Sport GT (w/ luxury package) with minimal exterior mods at the moment. I got it at the beginning of June last year so in commemoration of its 1st birthday, here are some pics to share!

Welcome to TM3! I'm also in London a lot of the time, so maybe I'll see you around. Don't think I have yet though, I would have noticed the rally armor mud flaps. I'm generally up in the masonville/UWO area.

Thank! wow, nice to meet someone else in London already. I'm finishing my fourth year at Western (summer course ends next week) but I am usually either at school during the mornings or in the Westmount area. I see that you have a graphite 5dr GS...perhaps I've seen you?? I just put the mudflaps on 2 days ago so you might've seen me prior to that (I have an Axela badge). Hope to see you around!

Thanks! I definitely baby it like no other, haha. Most of the neighborhood knows me as the guy who sits outside for hours washing and waxing his car every week. And yes! I am leaning towards that tone. Previously, I wanted gold/copper wheels or a repaint of the stock in gold/copper but now with the flaps on, I don't know if it'll be too much. I admit I like the whole rally look (i.e. STI) but....do you think it'd be too much?

i really like the bronze wheels....i'm still waiting to take delivery on my MZ3 GS CWP...and thinking about power coating it bronze (like you said for a more rally look)..or maybe just buying a set of black rims for a more sportier look...so many options...so confused...lol...

It might get dirty easier than other colours but every time after I wax it, I stand back and think, it's soooooooooooooooooo worth it and I don't regret it one bit

Hahaha and you haven't even received it yet eh? I was thinking powder coating was an option since it doesn't seem to be too TOO expensive and will satisfy me till I save up enough $$ for other pricier mods congrats on your purchase!!! Enjoy your CWP and be sure to post pics when you get it!!!

I just graduated from UWO but my girlfriend is still at UWO Law for one more year, so I'll be around London a lot. Also in the process with London Police so maybe I'll be around for a long time lol.
