There is no real point in upgrading your BPV. If you are looking strictly for "sounds" that's cool I guess, but on the other hand it's kind of a retarded waste of money. Why not get an intake, and actually get something out of it?

I don't know if its different or i just got jipped on my intake but I was already told by the tuner at APH that intake on turbo cars wont give you much whp gains. The explanation was this.

The turbo is spooling air in the engine and however fast the turbo spools, thats the amount of air going in the engine. It won't suck more air in even if you put an intake in there. What it will do is help the flow of air going in the turbo. So in theory, using your stock intake box with a drop in air intake will do the same trick. And yes when you put a CAI in there, it'll suck in cooler air but keep in mind that all intakes use metal piping and metal heats up in your very hot engine bay. The best intake for a car is plastic intake box with plastic piping so it won't heat up as fast and as much. So in this case, the stock airbox is good enough.

I found out when i tuned my car at APH and we did a before and after intake dyno. Maybe my intake is cheap and didn't do any hp increase or maybe my engine is not meant for CAI or SRI.

And this is what i learned from the professionals. Since they built their own turbo S2K and twin turbo 350Z

Edit: Actually i did get some gain. 3WHP if you count as a good/noticible gain
