totaled my car today..

Looks like the end of the line for my '04 Sedan. Basics: Merging onto the 407 eastbound at Keele, another car cut into the merge lane in front of me, and suddenly stopped. I was cut off, tried to veer left, corrected back, car flipped either 2 or 3 times. Car with me in it, ended up upside down in the ditch. I knocked out the front passenger side window and pulled myself through the wreckage.
Driver who cut me off did not stick around. Witness corroborated my statement. Police will investigate.
I was not charged.
Ambulance came, and checked me out. I declined a trip to the hospital. Walked away with at this point, minor cuts.

Want to send out a few thanks.
First - My Seatbelt. It truly saved my life today. I have always warn a seatbelt driver or passenger, and always will!
The people who stopped at the scene of the accident to ensure I was out of the car. Those who stayed with me until Ambulance and OPP, and Fire arrived.
Fish - for coming when I called, and helping me at the scene
MPS&Speedbaby - for helping me at Street PErformance get all the valuables out of the car. Deal with the tow drives, getting me warm drinks, etc.

Horrible timing...good thing you got out with only a few cuts. I a friend that doesnt always wear a seatbelt and this is another example of how seatbelts save lives.

Well it's great that you are safe and with the prices/incentives Speed3 I'd assume is something you may be considering unless your totally against the hatch . Just dealt with Jeff for the purchase of my uncles 3 and he got a great price on a 2.5 GS hatch with comfort.

First of all glad to hear that you are ok, also as sad as it is, it's nice to see that yet despite what is a very large accident the car held up well and did its thing. Hopefully they catch the d-bag who caused this.

you should still go to the hospital to get checked out. Whiplash tends to come out after 24 hours.
PLUS - if you need any physio, or chiropractic work, the insurance company might need some medical papers to prove you actually needed it.

My lower lumbar is fubared after 3 minor accidents that just kept feeding to the problem. At the time, I honestly felt these 3 accidents didnt need to be treated, but now my GP thinks one more "minor accident" could result in hip replacement in the future.

MPS helped me get out most of the main valuable items. Only items left would be maybe the exhaust. Everything else is done.
