If I go, it won't be in my car. But ya, I remember the last time I was at DK and the police were literally waiting along woodbine or hiding in the area waiting for someone to make a small mistake (like 5km over the speed limit).

you guys need to remember though - back then, we did A LOT of f.king idiotic mods that begged for tickets/fines

Besides - 99% of us (TM3 members) have street legal mods.
I'm not saying you wont get pulled over.. but just drive sensible and all SHOULD be good.

I get pulled over once a month by cops, just for shits and giggles. (Thankfully no tickets). It's something that you just come to terms with as a tuner

I think I rather just live with the hassle of being pulled over for no reason / no fine, than miss this show.

Actually no, not everyone. Unless rims and tints were considered extreme!

Seriously though, during the last couple of years at dark knights, cops went out of their way to make it difficult for anyone exiting the event. Some people can't be bothered and others unfortunately can't control their mouths when questioned by the police. Talk about a recipe for disaster!

I remember seeing people riding on cut springs, and loose body panels, with rainbow tints and rims with more poke than a 12 year old boy at the Sears lingerie section.
Honestly, just keep it cool and dont try to be a "bad-mon" to a cop if you get pulled over.

On my way out, police pulled me over to make sure I wasn't too low. One cop was going to measure my clearance above my fenders, until another told him not to bother.

This is my worry as well. Events at Markham Fairgrounds just seem to be such a heat scene. I recall post Dark Nights, most cars were getting pulled over for inspection, ticket, and some being flat bed towed.
