Default Wheel bearing whine , But wheel bearing's are fine, any ideas?

Just started yesterday, Driving on the 401 an idiot didn't kick the ice off his car, big ice chunk went under my car and made a thud/scrape sound. Now when i'm driving at about 40-50km/h i get this whine almost like a wheel bearing but I put it on a hoist today and inspected for play in the wheel's and there all solid! what the hell else could it be? ideas anyone?

Edit: No vibration in the wheel, sound does not go away when turning.

I hope not but totally possible this is more like a humming than a groan though almost sounds like a bad wheel bearing / loud tire's, when the car's good it's good when something happens a bunch of shit happens lol

Possible damage to your plastic undertray. Damaged trays have been known to make all kinds of noises from whistling, whining, thumping, etc.

the tray looks like it's hanging a bit lower, pretty sure last time i checked it was almost even with the filter housing peeking out from the sheild now its not visable. Anyone have a picture of what the front shield is suppose to look like?(been looking bu can't find one)

UPDATE: so i spent an some free time i had in checking out what the issue is. I put it on a hoist again, ran it up to 100km/hr and the thing felt like it was going to fall off the hoist! on the outside there was no visable movement (WTF right?) So i removed the rim's tire's and ran it again, same thing vibrations felt through the pedal's but only when the car is off the ground otherwise no vibrations felt when the car is driving on the road. Wheel bearing's are sound, fully inspected them and all 4 are in good shape. Transmission is good as the whining is heard when the car is out of gear. I'm running out of ideas, 2 last things to inspect are axle's and mount's - was told to look at mount's as a cause but would a failed mount cause a whining sound?
