Post Looking to buy an HID Kit! H7 6000k. Ebay Vs Brand Name???

Hello, this is my first thread. I am also the new owner of a mazda 3 2007 Gx Sedan. I just recently got it tinted at audio heaven for $200 bucks and they also sell hid kits for somewhere around the same price installed. I have alot of knowledge on install just not alot on which brand i should go with. Will ebay hid kits work fine or should i buy the kit from audio heaven. I hear that german made products will be best. But i dont want to spend 200 dollars on a kit. Where have you guys purchased your h7 kits???

I know someone at brampton...he did mine 8000k..hes a profesional electrician and he also have a shop...u can check it at kijiji.ca just type in HID kits...kits are 120$ if u want the slim ballast its 20$ more...and if u want the anti-flicker its 20$ more also...so if you want everything its 160$ +taxes....thats the lowest u can get...

Or u can check out NEXTMOD at matkham..

Although I have a 2010, my friend helped me order my HID kit from DDM Tuning and it came out to be $81 after shipping, tax, etc. for 6000k and regular ballasts. Been running it for 4-5 months, no problems.

    Forget everyone and ebay!

Go to the sponsors area on the boards and check out illumination technik all he does is LEDs and HID kits. He is local, and he gives you 18 months warranty on bulbs and ballasts no questions asked.

He can recommend an installer aswell if you are not comfortable, but honestly the i stalls are very easy

Im skeptical about manufacturing country as most of he kits come out pf china anyways and are just rebranded.

Do check him out before making a decision

    +1 with DDM

ordered their regular kit for 30 dollars + shipping. and it comes with lifetime warranty! all honestly 99% of the HID kits are probably from a factory on the same street in china.

lifetime warranty is wonderful...except you have to pay to ship the product to them, then wait for them to ship you a replacement. Local sponsor, local exchange.

I vouch for sp3gt. Great guy to deal with regarding warranty issues too, if that's a concern.

From doing a little looking around its probably the best choice to go with the sponsor. 85 bucks and 18 month sounds good to me. Ill be picking this kit up for sure

    Question with these kits
if I need a new bulb in 2-3 years, can I use any manufacturer HID bulb? or does it have to specfic
