As some of you may know, my low-beam bulb recently died on me, so instead of driving to QEW Mazda (my preferred dealership), which is about 35km (one way) away from me, I decided to pay Mountain Mazda a visit. They are less than 7km (10 min) away from me, so it was worth a shot.
When I walked into the service department, I have to admit, I was surprised at how small it was, and unmodern. Regardless, it was clean for its style.
I walk up to one of the service advisors, and I receive a warm greeting, followed up by how can I help you today sir. I explain my issue, and mention that I am TM3 member. He says no problem, we will take good care of you. PS TM3 members get 17% off at this dealer.
I am always skeptical when people say that, but I wanted to see what will happen next. I was in such a rush, that I needed to be in and out in less than 30 minutes, I mentioned that to the service rep. He gladly said no problem and called Ian, the mechanic to take my vehicle for service.
12 minutes later, Ian comes back with keys, service rep calls me and I pay my dues, which for 2 bulbs were within my budget.
I was in and out in about 25 minutes.
Good service experience.
Hopefully if I am in such a rush or urgent, Mountain Mazda will be there to impress, or at least not unimpress.
