OK guys so here's the situation: i have a Mazda 3 gt 2009 and ive been having problems with my clutch pedal assembly for a good while now...
It was creaking and unsmooth, went to dealer about 6 times for this.. once they greased the shaft - didnt work, another time they replaced the slave cylinder, worked great for about 2 weeks, then started again - they replaced the clutch bearing while they were doing transmission work (syncros), same story again: 2 weeks later it started again.. so i went in pissed and they changed the master cylinder..
Now for 2 weeks it was perfect, but now the pedal vibrates right at the top (just above the engagement point, ie when you just put your foot on the pedal) there is no creaking sound so thats fixed but the vibration is annoying as hell.
So, when the car is cold, its hardly noticeable, once it heats up, its there and stronger if i press on the gas. Went to the dealer and they say its not obvious enough for them to figure it out.
Ive researched a bit and found out people get clutch pedal vibrations often and found it to be fixable with a motor mount or inserts - so i placed an order.
Any ideas? Suggestions? what could it be
OH and PS while im here - ever since i got transmission work done, when i shift from 2nd to 3rd i quite often hit the (fork?) between the 1st and 3rd and in order to get it in properly, i have to put it in neutral and then 3rd- SOLUTION? PLEASE?
