Default CP-e Stage2 Wishbone Engine Mount

    Hello

Looking to upgrade my RMM finally...
In my old car (MZ3 09) I had 60 duro CP-e RMM and i didn't enjoyed it especially during summer with AC ON...

I have 2 models in my mind now
JBR RMM and CPE Stage 2.

Is there anyone who has CPE Stage 2 can let me know how it compares with the stage 1 RMM and JBR RMM please?
I'm looking for the least vibe possible as I don't do drag nor track. Simply for safety and peace of mind.

    Thanks in advance

There's a JBR group buy going on right now, I would jump on that deal. I have a CP-E stage 1 RMM and I'm getting the JBR Transmission mount to go with it.

wouldnt the stage 2 mount be a little more agressive (ie: stiffer, with more inherent vibrations) than the stage 1??

If you don't want vibes....you can't really replace your rmm with a higher duro mount.
It's kinda a one or the other deal.

I was also interested in the cp-e stage 2 rmm, but I'm not sure how the NVH would translate. Try asking MPS as he mentioned to me that he has it on his car and said it was better than stage 1 as it's only 50 duro.

The stage 1 mount only comes in 60 and 75 duro right now. They don't list the stage 2 mount duro or an option for it, but since it's the same bushing just oriented differently, I'd imagine they could do either 60 and 75 again if you asked.

    gar_lei,

Message Paul (CelestSpeed3). He has the full CPe motor mount set with the wishbone unit in the back. He can provide more info.

In my experience riding in Paul's car, I couldn't even tell he had engine mounts installed from a vibes perspective. It drove like stock.

I agree, it's just that's what MPS mentioned to me. Unless he meant it "felt" like 50 because the new configuration lends itself to less NVH??? Regardless, I've only come across a couple of reviews online (link) that mentions stage 2 feeling great for handling, but nothing yet mentioned of the NVH.

    less vibez!!!!

    vibez kartel!

vibrations are a personal thing, one person cannot tell another person if the vibrations are bad or not, only you can know what you get bothered by.

just go stage 2. If you don't mind cabin noise then you're set.

    Honestly, get the stage2 mount.

The stage 1 mount IMHO should not be sold anymore. The stage 2 is better all around. Everyone with a stage 1 mount will need to replace it eventually.
