If you have it, the auto window control for the driver side will need to be reprogrammed. Very easy.

IIRC, Roll down all the way, keep holding for 5 seconds, roll up, keep holding for 5 seconds. SHould be good after that.

Really? Must be specific to the 10's and up. Ive disconnected the battery numerous time on my 05 and never had an issue other than re-programming my radio stations and clocks

Seems likely if you didn't experience it. Had to reprogram mine after installing my SRI, and I've found 3 other threads of users experiencing the same (all gen 2s)
