"It is amazing how many drivers, even at the Formula One Level, think that the brakes are for slowing the car down." -- Mario Andretti
We should bring this to the attention of the company that makes these things.
"Rifle Cleaning Kit: Good for buttholes and sewing machines too"
Btw, n00bMeister. Injector seals only apply to direct injected motors. The older MZ3s are port injection.

i don't want to install hella's again..pain the ass for real
Bluestreak: thanks.
I'm also interested in taking out my dying cat and either installing a high-flow or straight pipe. And maybe taking out a resonator too. ..... and possibly converting my speed exhaust to bolt on so I can take it off easily if I ever need to.
Warning!!!

Oh damn, I granny shift pretty much everyday. I don't even push the car much especially now that the stupid tires won't grab! Duly noted, "drive the car the way it is meant to be driven."
I'd love to get a compression test.
But hey, what ever it is, I'll pop by and help out.
I got a the jbr egr kit that we can use, was waiting for warmer days for install

I was going to change my spark plugs last night since it wasn't too bad outside, but didn't....I knew I should have.
The car cannot accelerate in 1st gear if you put your foot down...I'm really hoping it's the plugs
Terapro can get the 2 kits (EGR and bushings) to have a look at to see if he can make them, I have no doubt that he will be able to since it's pretty basic and he haz teh skillz.
then we can figure out how much it'll cost to have them made and who's interested etc.
Correct that I'm in Oakville. Very close to the Burlington border. I work in Mississauga though and can lend the bushings for a person to view if it helps people get them made here.
Whoever is going to be taking a look, just PM me to work out details. Sadly, work blocked TM3 so I'm limited to looking on my phone so not as consistently on during the days as I used to but I check my email notifications when I'm home so I'll easily respond at least once a day.

shifter bushings, I'm in.
I can try to answer that.
Well, biggest dilemma is hydro-lock if you don't know how to do the stuff. This is sort of like a "no room for mistakes" thing. Plus, seafoam is an alcohol based substance that will thin out the oil. They say on MSF that if the oil thins out further, there's a chance that it might seep in the combustion chamber. Also, it has a high chance of fouling out the spark plugs and o2 sensors. However, they've also reported a lot of good things about it that they did feel some sort of improvement in the car's responsiveness and acceleration. Plus, when used with DISI there's a chance that it won't really clean up the gunk that's built up already (which makes sense because let's face it, gunk is stuff that's been solidified on the valves and a simple fluid might have a hard time dissolving that).
Try googling "seafoam on mazdaspeed 3," there's a couple of threads there from MSF that'll pop up. Personally, I'm not sure if it's a YAY or NAY. But I just wouldn't do it unless experts like the MSpeed guys would recommend them (although there's a guy on MSF that said he's used it on a lot of cars all were positive results).
Most of the stuff I said here are quoted from peeps at MSF.
EDIT:
+1 Very important.

btw, I also got a set of the JBR SSP, I don't know if we can make a copy off that as well or not
When i seafoamed my older cars, i did it right before an oil change, as in, i seafoamed and then changed the oil
Oh damn, that sucks. Oh well, I stopped reading the Speed section because according to certain people only speed owners are allowed to even look at that section.
