Default John Boot @ Budds' Mazda

John is a very genuine guy who works very hard to make sure the client is happy and is very professional with all communication.

You deserve a separate entry for your dealership because I don't think I'd go there without you.

    today's list:

    - rust repair at Budd's Collision + 2011 Mazda3 loaner vehicle (thanks for the tints )
    - Oil change (including filter)

    Thanks for everything John!

    Hear, hear!
I'm really glad that John, Katie, Andrew and the whole team have worked so hard to maintain the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction even after the departure of Tiffany and the change in ownership. Keep up the great work!!

I agree with this post 100%.

In the past, I've had good experiences with certain Honda, Toyota and VW dealers (although far too frequently with VW).

One of my concerns in buying a Mazda initially was the post-purchase dealership service experience. John has put my worries to rest. I won't take my car anywhere else.

    +1 to OP

John Boot is a great guy and the real deal! During my last visit he took me out in his car after my servicing to check out his new RMM. He also went out of his way to get the TSB (cowl rattle) done on my 2010.

    Thanks again John!

John is the main reason I continue having my 2011 Mazda 3 serviced at QEW Mazda (now Budds'). Their whole team have been courteous and friendly but John is a great guy and really knows his stuff. I highly recommend his services.

Default John Boot - Budds' Mazda

I realize Buddz is no longer with us , but John has not forgotten. Few months ago can in for an oil change and transmission fluid change , outstanding job , even made sure I got a discount.

Today I had my annual 48,000km check up plus oil same outstanding work , had some laughs hung out ate there food. Good time again John took soon himself and have me TM3 discount although looked like even more thanks buddy.

Great service an good people ,

Also was I was not able to get everything done cause I needed to go , so next time free of charge thank you again for the excellent service , great Mazda family. Will be coming back again as long as John and Andrew are there.

Great job and thank you. Knowing my driving next oil change will be in a month and a half hahaha good times.

We had our 2010 Mazda 3 serviced here, had issues with what we were told to be the alignment, so we asked for a full alignment to be done. A couple hours later we got a call from your service dept. indicating we did not need one, it was the tires and to not waste our money. Honesty like this will keep customers coming back. Even though this was before Budd's took over the dealer, the service form what we can see has not changed. Keep up the great work guys and gals at Budd's and we will keep coming back!
