it's a special type of harness that doesn't need the bar. It mounts to the top of the rear seat with a ratchet type spool. Similar to a stock seat belt.

ya i went for a legit FIA seat even though I spent twice the price. Although I'm pretty sure my little fix for the bracket will not pass CASC standards. I'll have to get it fixed over the winter. Now that I know how to fix it properly anybody considering seats should feel free to do so.
