"How to" for Thule Roof Rack install on a Mazda3...... any out there?!?!?!?

Is there a write up or documentation somewhere for a how to regarding installation for a Thule Roof Rack on a Mazda3?!?!?!?!?

Thanks to those who offered to help with the install.

Default_User helped (and when i say helped, I mean he did the install himself ) install it this afternoon in the parking lot of a Timmies. Took a total of 10 mins.
