Khem, we can decide as a group when we get closer to the date but I think it's best if everyone meets at the Tim Horton's on the North side of the 401 in that area. Everyone can grab a coffee while we wait for the rest to show up. I think it'll make for an easier roll out as well so nobody gets left behind. I think we should also try and leave a bit earlier just in case we run into unexpected traffic.

We can set up a separate thread a couple weeks before and hash all this stuff out as a group. We're still waiting on a bunch more KW guys to register anyway.

Yea, I agree that its to early and that we should rather meet at a Timmies.. I only know of the one across from BP at Hespeler / Pinebush.. Its tough to get on 401 from that side so I never mentioned it, but if there's one just north of 401 that might be a better spot..

I've had a surprising amount of people posting on the thread and messaging me about Brantford meets, right now we don't have a ton of members but we are committed to start up weekly and monthly meets in town and with surrounding Cities/Towns with shared locations. Since I've had some good feedback I will be starting a new thread - 519 Monthly Meet..
I was thinking to have our 1st one in Cambridge or Brantford this weekend or next(due to the long weekend people might already have plans) and we'll say the HfH pre meet will be our Sept meet(or we can have one sooner).. I'm hoping this will encourage people from our area's to come out and participate, and to keep people interested. We will never have the same spot twice.. we should have a meet spot in each area and rotate out of fairness and member interest so certain people dont always have to take the "longest ride" and lose the their interest.
Please let me know if the long weekend is no good.. I was thinking Sat Sept 1st for the "ice breaker".

Was thinking Sat afternoon-early evening, I'll start a thread with a exact time and spot.. and a choice for either this weekend or next.
But thanks again, its great to know we have committed people!! Im also hoping S.F.W (Ami) sends me out more HfH flyers to hand out to people at our meet in hopes that they can help spread the word, time is running out.

5:45am is a good time as I'm sure someone will be running a little late, are you coming to the mini meet on the 9th to help spread awarness for HfH? we got 10+.. But honestly I cant wait for the 23rd!! gonna be a sick cruise too!! Ill have a passenger to take pics and vids.. but all we got is ipod, htc x one, and a decent didgy cam.. nothing really good for vids
