There's something extra luxurious about adding an egg prepared sunny-side up or soft-boiled/poached on top of dishes such as:
- pasta tossed with roasted garlic, olive oil and roasted pork belly
- in a burger
- with a striploin steak
- in the Korean dish bibimbap
What I don't like is cleaning the partially congealed egg protein afterwards. On dishes and plates, it is not too bad but on my windshield........................................ ..
My neighbours and I have an open invitation to the lovely perpetrators who generously decorated our front windows, cars, garage doors with eggs. We would like to introduce you guys to the 100-day old egg exfoliating process, full body and facial of course. To gain maximum benefits from this treatment, you will need to be in your birthday suit. Now don't be shy, having a small appendage is nothing to be ashamed of ( in fact be very proud of it! ).
Step one will consist of liberally applying the 100 day old eggs all over your body.
Step two will involve an hour or two of standing in the full noon sun so the lovely egg and shell-bits can cure properly.
Step three, well run home to your mamas for rinsing.
