Just got Mazda 3 2012 GX, but no exhaust tip

Hello everyone,

It doesn`t come with an exhaust tip, just the pipe, which looks ugly.
I was just wondering if you guys know the standard exhaust size and where I can get a exhaust tip modification.

You can buy a mazda2 accessory exhaust tip. It's $20~ from the dealer and fits perfectly (do a search a few people here have one).

they removed it after 2010 for 2011 on the gx, changed some other small things as well.

the first 2010 gx had it, then i think a few months after the revision. then they took it off. there was a memo of all the changes at that time. the exhaust tip was one and something about the steering wheel lower spoke length.

slide on and there are 2/3 screws that you tighten to hold it in place.

If you are in the GTA i reccomend Zorro's in Mississauga, they will have many exhaust tips to choose from. You can get a good double walled tip for around 40 and they will charge anywhere between 15-30 to weld it on.

cheap mod, but looks nice. Probably would look nicer then the stock tip anyways!
