It's not ironic....

A facility that has equipment for nuts can process many different types of nuts. So it's actually uncommon for a jar of nuts to be peanut free.

The people who have a peanut allergy are allergic to all kinds of nuts so... I guess I still do since I didn't finish it.

Not true. I have a friend who is allergic to tree nuts but not peanuts. You can be allergic to a certain protein but they are not synonymous across all types of nuts.

What I meant was that a person who is allergic to peanuts can also be allergic to other types of nuts. Of course there is always a friend who doesn't have certain allergies. I have a friend who is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. I also have another friend who is allergic to both tree nuts and peanuts. I have a friend that is not allergic to any nuts. Go figure.

I also made this clear in my previous post about this.
