    Default Installing Spoiler

    Hi all,

Anyone can recommend a shop that can properly install a OEM rear spoiler on a 2012 sedan? I know anyone can drill holes and put it on but want to have it done properly to prevent any potential rusting issues.

    Thanks!

i got mine done at a body shop near Street Performance which is a highly rated and recommended shop in the Markham area (404/Steeles area). The price was reasonable too

If it's just the lip spoiler, slap some 3M tape on there in 15 degree temperature and be done.

It's the raised spoiler, and I am in Scarborough area. Don't mind going around though but definitely think $100 is overpriced, no?

Yeah I felt it was overpriced myself but they did a good job of installing it. Been on for about 5 months so far and no issue.

I wouldn't say it is over priced at the end you get what you okay for and with body work I would rather spend more for it done right sndnot rust then to pay less. I can't remember what the accessory guide says but I know they take over an hour to measure, like e up, drill, fit and secure the spoiler.

Accessory guide says it would be less then an hour about .8 to install the floating spoiler - so depends on the labour rate of the shop doing the install.

    +1

Jimmy is the way to go. Got my spoiler done there too. Price was worth the quality of labour.

Van and Truck world did my girlfriends for $86. Took them 40 mins. I was surprised, I have heard many horror stories about their install. It has been a year and the spoiler is still on with no issues. They even put paint on the holes they drilled.
