Default Ultra Bright Coloured Wheels Options (Powdercoating?)

I'm looking for some really bright coloured wheels. Something like a DIA Candy wheel. Like below. (I know Garage16 sells them so right now they are leading candidates.)

I'm leaning towards buying these new but I'm keeping my options open.
How hard would it be to get wheels that are super vibrant like the ones above or like Candy Evo X's?
Is it possible to powdercoat ANY WHEEL to this finish? Or do they have to be a certain style/type before hand?
Sorry if this has been asked, it's fairly specific and while I looked at many threads on specific bright wheels I was curious about the powdercoating and other options (painting/plastidip?)

Also on a side note how much more expensive is it to powdercoat wheels this candy/bright colour or a similar one compared to powdercoating them black. If it's even possible.

SIDE NOTE! My car is Winning Blue Hatchback with mild black accents/tinted windows/reflectors/tails

Feel free to post pics of similar wheels, if you can find them on a winning blue that's even better

EDIT: I'm looking for 18 inch rims

You can powdercoat nearly any wheels. The key is getting them prepped properly by the people doing the work.
Most colors will be a similar price, but some unique colors may be priced at a premium depending on the frequency they are used, or complexity of mixing.

Perfect. Just out of curiosity to get a really reflective finish like a candy finish is it just a base colour like jade green in the dai wheels above and then a clear coat or a special topping coat?

It depends on the base colour of the wheel. It may need a base colour of white or black etc, then the final colour, then multiple layers if clear coat.

Irishunchik has lime green Speed3 wheels that are so bright they practically glow in the dark. I have bright red RX-8's. I'll try to find pics if you'd like.
Bottom line is, yes wheels can be powdercoated just about any colour you can imagine.

They're not matte, they're glossy. Both of ours have a layer of clearcoat on them.

In order to get that DIA look with the same colour as Irishunchik you will have to spend some $$$.

To achieve that kind of look/finish, the wheels need to be stripped of any finish and then polished to a mirror like shine. The wheels would then have to be painted/powder coated with a type of finish referred to as Candy.

Candy finishes are transparent and tinted with colour. The shininess/chrome look comes from the polishing underneath.

You could always do what I do. Just plastidip your rims, then paint over and clear coat. They hold up really well. When you get bored of the color, just peel the plasti dip off! I get bored of 1 stationary color and switch up like once a year lol.

Last year I experimented with green and yellow. Good luck

Contact Stripping Technologies in Cambridge if you go the powder coated route. They have a great facebook page to show you examples of what you might like. I just had mine done in a glossy black. All 4 rims came to $280 dollars.
