Default Getting coils in, are extras necessary?

Hey guys, i've done some reading and searching and here's my situation. I need some input here.

I have my BR Type Coils going in this month, with 10k front and 8k rear rated springs.
I am considering also buying a Sway bar to put in, but not sure if it is fully necessary. If i were to buy a sway bar, i wouldn't have to change anything else along that line (like anymore pieces to the bar) would I?
Also, should I be considering a camber kit? I know I will need to roll my fenders as is, because I have 17x75+50 w/ 15mm Spacers on the rear right now and I rub on most bumpers and hard corners.

All feedback is welcomed, i know most answers are generally posted here but I will have some more questions i'm sure when more information is provided by your fine bunch.

    Thanks in advance, Jamie.

Put the sway bar in at the same time and there will be no issues.
I would highly suggest a camber kit.

the sway bear will only stiffen up the rear end around corners...get one lol.

as for the camber kit that all depends on how low you're dropping the car. so...how low are you going lol?

If you are rubbing with those wheels I think you may have the wrong tire size. A roll will help but may not solve the problem. I can tell you more if I get a chance to see your car.

I believe my measurements are correct, the guy I bought them off of had no clue what they were. But i also have 15mm spacers which may be coming off if (any more) difficulties arise. My tires are 225/45.

As I said though, (I think i said it anyways) it's only on large bumps or hard corners, otherwise I have no issue, and the rubbing is minimal anyways

    I'm also running 225/45 on 17/7.5 wheels. 48 or 45+ offset I believe.
I would say take the spacers off or get 10mm spacers. I imagine you're using them to get a more flush look?

You got it. Once I drop I probably will be going with smaller (if any) spacers. For now, it just looks sooooo much better.
