HID's inside headlight - Fogging issue?

In the past week or so, i came across an odd one.... My car is showing symptoms of a "fogged" housing. Or starting of one anyways....

I have some HID's in the car now, they are getting ripped out tomorrow morning and the stock setup is going back in until the proper HID kit comes in.

The HID bulbs are getting way too hot for my liking (just did a 30 minute round trip, and they can barely be touched they are so hot.)

I pulled out the high beam bulbs, and cranked my AC in the garage overnight to hopefully get rid of this fogging (not sure if its burnt to the housing, or if its humidity, its been a really bad past 2 weeks for humidity....)

I DO want HID's though, so going through the dealer to get the new headlight assemblies just seems like a waste of time. Any thoughts on how to get my hands on a set of GT//MS3 headlights? Do they even fit??

Scrap this.. I just dug deeper and its an issue on the outside of the housing. Almost as if its been stripped of a finish. surface is rough, and it shouldn't be. I'll call the dealer in the morning... Just need to know if the MS3 HID's are close to a direct swap in.... Thanks all.
