It feels like most modern leather steering wheels do, kind of matte feeling if that makes sense. It adds a nice amount of thickness without making it feel cumbersome and I like the perforated part, gives it more character. Haha I think I've just really overanalyzed a wheel but one of my main gripes about the GX trim (09 GX was pretty well equipped) is that the main touch point isn't leather.

so you installed that while it was attached to the car? I have an extra wheel that i could always throw on while installing this. Should probably be easier not being attached to a car, or crammed in a driver seat.
Could you post a link to the specific one you picked up? i went on there and there was 50+ wraps
