HOLY LONG LOGS BATMAN!!! Trim that lol...

As Mickey said, we just need the point where you go from 2500rpm to +6000rpm (redline is possible). Boost needs to be full, Traction control off and the pedal position needs to be floored in 3rd or 4th gear.

Trimmed the logs for the only WOT parts that were useful.

Thanks for the trim. But that can't be right. I went to streetpower last year all I had was the intake with tubo inlet and forge recirc valve I got 242whp. How can I be less now. Maybe something really is wrong. I'll find the print out and post it up tonight.

Still need to take into account the weight and other factors.

However, OTS maps are super conservative, so it is quite possible that you lost HP. Looks like with the increased loads, you are now running way less timing than before.

P.S. - looks like you need a MAF calibration as well.

get proper logs in 3rd gear from ~2500 to 6500 rpm. take a 4th gear log if you make it to a closed road in mexico.

if you put those trimmed logs in -->Virtual Dyno<-- using the 2nd and 3rd gear ratios from this site for the Gen2 ... selecting DynoJet and Smoothing 3 and guessing the occupant weight at 140 lbs, you get the power and torque listed

@Peter before even getting a tune, need to make sure that your car is healthy...I would make a trip to Jimmy (or someone else you trust) to go over the car make sure everything looks good

If you hang out with some of the NATOR guys and such we can teach you how to make sure your car is healthy. Get involved in the community and you save money! That being said if you want to learn how to do a compression check and go over everything the offer is open. I can show you how it's done but you will be doing it.

We really need a WOT log, I would also like to see a MAF cal log as well, judging from those ones you need a MAF cal pretty bad.

Am I reading the original post correctly? Custom 2" exhaust?

From where? The downpipe-back? Stock piping is 2.5".

Larger piping is always better in a turbocharged car. Air needs to come in fast (intake-turbo-intercooler-throttle body-intake manifold) and leave fast (exhaust manifold-downpipe-cat back).

Putting a 2" exhaust on the speed is like trying to run 400m as fast as you can while breathing through a straw. No bueno.

It's a 2.5'', he didn't type it out right, he basically had his muffler and resonator deleted plus got all the aluminized piping replaced with some nice steel.

When looking at his logs, he was just rich as hell and needed a closed loop MAF cal for the time. He was gonna do that then I was gonna probably help him with the WOT calibrations and WGDC to get him hitting boost consistently.

If he does him homework I can probably help him setup a hybrid OTS map (load capped) that will stop him from overboosting in the winter, since the cobb OTS ones suck nuts for cold weather.

I thought it was a typo as well but then saw 2" exhaust mentioned in his car thread.

It's 2.5 I type way too fast and keep forgetting my bad. Shooting to get this tune done by the end of this month. Been pulling crazy hours at work to finally get this done.
