i called my mazda dealer today and they said it was a after market part and they dont carry that

Phone them back and ask them to first take more than a milli second and actually look and then tell them on the parts blow of the rear bumper pieces for an 07-09 Speed 3 it will be the lower piece. It was like $40 when I got mine.

2004-2006 don't accept the ms3 valance. Only the hatch 07-09 version does.
