Your stock plugs are likely still fine. In the earlier days when OTS maps were of sub-par quality and guys were running way rich with wonky AFR's, plugs tend to foul more easily. Gen1 also had other inherent design issues that did not always promote the cleanest burn and Gen2 piston designs *MAY* improve plug longevity.
Eventho I have worked with many cars tuning wise, we do not have a conclusive or exhaustive R&D effort that says one-way or another since driving habits and conditions may also play a big role.
One bit of recent experience. MBNTO have ran his stock plugs for close to if not over 100K km and they were fine. We have had a Gen2 swap to 1-step colder and loss 10whp when we weren't using it to handle more boost.
For you specifically, and at the mileage you're, you likely won't need new plugs.
