Official 2014 BubbaQ Roll Call Thread

The elusive She_Prime creature has once again come out of hibernation to bring you official details for this year's BubbaQ!

The 8th annual event will once again be held at Riverside Park in Cambridge, Ontario.

The event is to be held on Sunday, May 25, 2014 at noon.

Below you will find a picture of the map which outlines the location of the event:


The black line outlines the easiest way into the park and the red is a quick way out. Please be mindful of these routes as they have been used for many years with no issue.

As per every year, please be mindful of our club's and the park's rules that this is an alcohol free event. This event is open to members as well as their significant others, children etc. You are allowed to bring as many people as you wish but please account for them when you sign up so we have accurate numbers for food and drink. ie: She_Prime +2

Food, dessert, (non-alcoholic) drinks, and raffle tickets for the chance to win sponsor donated prizes are all free of cost upon your attendance. Please refrain from bringing your own charcoal BBQ as they are prohibited by the park.
