    Question INTERIOR/DASHBOARD SCRATCHES

Anyone can give tips on what product to use to get rid of those hairline scratches on your dashboard, glove box compartment and the front dash?

Probably nothing. It's plastic. Not unless you want to paint the pieces.

There are plastic-dressing sprays that will make the scratches less obvious. If you are brave a little work with a ScotchBrite pad can also help... you want to soften the sharp edge of the scratch without making things worse. Sometimes end up using the ScotchBrite then using the dressing spray to mask the ScotchBrite scuff marks.

As a suggestion: Get a glovebox lid or other plastic panel from a wreckers and practice on that.......

What would be a better cleaner for plastic interior pieces?

Either the 303 or Meguirs are good, Armor all is junk. Blackfire is another good product. I have used them all and would recommend any of them but Armor all.

I have the Meguirs and it works nicely. Not overly shiny or oily. Cleans nice when you use a microfiber cloth.
