    Question Mazdaspeed pedal replacement

    so my bro bought me a set of pedals ill attach a photo but it seems the screw holes doen match up dose this mean i need to drill new holes for teh foot plate ? and also for the brake gas n clutch ?

    didn't wanna F*** anything up you know lol

    any one installed these before?

    Yes you need to drill for the foor plate...or you could use the strongest double sided tape which I dont recommended for safety reasons..

    Did you remove whatever rubber covers are on the pedals? If you did that, or they don't remove, then yeah, you're gonna have to drill. Pictures might help, or at least model/trim/year

    Yeah, you have to drill em. It's a pain in the ass unless you take the pedals out; there isn't much space to work down there. Took me about an hour to get mine drilled/installed. Dead pedal is the easiest part. just drive screws into the foam behind the carpet.

    Yup, this sums it up pretty well.

    Just take your time and don't rush the holes. My brake one is slightly crooked because I couldn't get a proper angle to drill and gave up and did it anyway, and now it annoys me everytime I look at it lol

    It's a nice subtle mod though. Good luck!
